Voice Data Processing

How We Handle Your Voice Data

When you use voice cloning or custom voice features, your voice data is processed as follows:

Upload: Audio files are encrypted during transfer using TLS 1.3
Processing: Voice characteristics are extracted to create your custom synthesis model
Storage: Reference audio is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
Generation: Your cloned voice is used exclusively for your account's generations
Deletion: You can request deletion of all voice data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support

AI Model Training Transparency

Your content is private. We do not use your personal text inputs, uploaded audio files, or generated voice content to train our AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

We may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (such as feature usage patterns and error rates) to improve overall service performance. This data cannot be traced back to individual users.

Voice Biometric Considerations

Voice recordings may constitute biometric data under certain regulations (such as GDPR Article 9 or Illinois BIPA). By using voice cloning features, you consent to our processing of this data solely for the purpose of providing the voice synthesis service. We do not use voice data for biometric authentication or identification purposes.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Children's Privacy

Sonicker is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
